Are we seeing the light at the end of the tunnel yet?

Many 'experts' say now that 2014 will be the beginning of the Spanish economy recovery.

Now, one can't help to wonder, weren't these experts the same capable professionals who didn't see this crisis coming?

Big Troy horse in their noses, and all that expertise for nothing!

So how much value can we assign to their recovery forecasts? Who pays for their predictions?
